Sidlak Poetry : Dawn

sunrays

                                                                   A new dawn

                                                         beckons us each morn

                                                       Radiant rays weave magic

Glistening all that it touches, to

                                                                      A golden hue.

Thank you Shambhavi for introducing this form of poetry !

  2. Hello dear friend! It seems like you are enjoying sidlak poetry and am very happy for a positive response from you. “Sidlak” is a filipino-visayan word meaning shine. Actually the original name of the structured poetry was “rainbow poetry” but such name already existed so the creator changed it to sidlak poetry. I do hope you enjoyed such structured poetry that started just for fun only. 🙂 ❤
