Everyday musings ….Life as I see it…….my space, my reflections and thoughts !!

Oh, the brave soldiers of our nation,

we are today, because of thee

You display exemplary heroic courage

without a care for the bullets coming your way

living away from the comfort of your homes

in hostile and treacherous terrains,

renouncing the love and care of your family.

When the time comes to take the guns,

charging ahead with an armour of patriotic fervour,

to fight a brave battle

and embrace the mother earth.

Our humble respects and salute

to the true martyrs of the country!

    You know Radhika Di. .

    The tradition continues
    The son of the martyr
    Becomes an army soldier too
    Proud with a feeling
    His father laid his life
    For the motherland

I salute the Martyrs…who sacrifice their lives in the line of duty….

Governments ensure financial martyrdom as well…. for the armed forces and ex servicemen by not paying them their dues and needless haggling 😦

It’s really unfortunate and sad that after spending their lifetime on the battlefield, taking on all the hardships of living in harsh conditions, giving the prime of their youth for the country, they still have to fight for their rights.
