Dispelling Darkness!

In response to Kat’s twittering tale #69. (280 characters)

Somber feelings define the mood

as a blanket of darkness descends

on the melancholic heart.

The vision eclipsed,

until a tiny flame ignited

from within ruminates.

Solitude and reflection

illuminates the soul

dispelling the obscurity

melting away the gloom!

Haha, yes I wish it were. But I am sure taking small steps towards awareness, reflection, realization and solitude finally takes us there to experience this beautiful light. Thanks Pharaoh and good luck to all of us to reach there🙂

Solitude and reflection will surely illuminate the soul to know who the Soul really is and in the darkness of the stillness it will glimpse a light that is calling him forth. Lovely poem, Radhika and the picture says it all. Great.

The beauty of words ignites hope when there is none. Every word is weaved with finesse.

A picture that is a compliment to that beautiful poem – it reminds me of the light at the end of a dark tunnel.
