Micro Poetry – Challenge & Destiny!

In response to Colleen’s weekly poetry challenge #70, I have written a tanka and a haiku.

The prompt words are  Challenge &  Destiny, with the condition only to use their synonyms.

Tanka

WOMEN-EMPOWERMENT

Defying the norm

carving a niche for herself

rewriting her fate

sealed with tenacity and

an identity sans tags!

 

Haiku

Life in extreme conditions

Resilient soul

confronting the trying times

redrafting karma!
