Continuing the Valentine Special series, each day of the month, I will highlight a different facet of love in the form of a haiku. Hope you stay with me throughout this month long journey with all your support and love.
One sided love is quite self-explanatory. It is love that is not reciprocated or understood by the other. The object of the unrequited love is often an acquaintance, colleague or a friend. The admirer is often unable to express his/her feelings of love to the other. This inability to express often leads to negative emotions.
In vain, my heart beats
emotions muted within
melancholic void!
Beautiful.
