Step away from people who spread negativity.

Bend to reach out to the lesser privileged.

Jump up at opportunities life throws your way.

Jog down the wistful nostalgic road.

Sprint far from temptations.

Train to face adversity with fortitude.

Run along with a smile.

Hop to keep the child in you alive.

Amble amidst nature to rejuvenate.

Pause to say a prayer of gratitude!

    Hop to keep the child in you alive. – isnt it so important to do it!! We become all so serious as an adult and dont have fun in small things!! How do you keep yours alive? 😃

      Somehow in the process of growing up I had buried the child in me deep within. It’s only now I have realised how important it is to nurture that. So I have learnt or rather still learning ( work in progress 😜) to let go of things, laugh more, not hold myself back thinking about ” what will people say”, play games, be more open to change and most importantly learning to forgive !!

      1. I guess you are not alone. Many (including myself) would have buried the child within us as part of growing up. And I regret doing it now. Wish someone had guided me not to. But we can look forward now. All the points you mentioned are superb and im happy you are following them. Letting go really eases the heartache if one can let go (like we would in childhood when a toy broke and we would cry but next day all was forgotten and we moved on!)…not thinking about what what people say…that’s so important for our happiness!! We always care about that… when we shouldn’t…!! Glad you are doing it!! 😀
