Radhika, beautiful haiku! Wonderful photo. We have many very old banyan trees in Florida. The inventor, Thomas Edison, planted some at his summer home, laboratory, and gardens, where they can still be seen. I think they may have been imported from India. 🙂

Ahh yes, the sacred banyan trees! We saw one during a field trip in school. One tree symbolized so much for that entire village community. I love the haiku! Beautiful writing as always. ❤️❤️❤️
