AK was known for rebellious temperament, who always enjoyed swimming against the tide.

Against everyone’s advice, he invested a huge sum of money in an extravagant commercial Bollywood movie, with only a male cast.

Would his gamble pay off?

      1. These are movies without a female lead, but female actors must have been therehttps://m.dailyhunt.in/news/india/english/laughingcolours+english-epaper-laughcole/15+hit+bollywood+movies+that+did+not+have+any+female+lead-newsid-86698311

  1. There is a short film with only male cast and one male cast, a youtube channel I hav noticed like that lot of short films in past with just him – “Jumpcuts” something like this will definitely pay off ☺️

    1. Well, I hope it does pay off for AK. While there are many in other categories with an all male cast, I don’t think there are any in the regular bollywood commercial masala movies. Hence I felt it was a huge risk he was taking

      1. It will be a huge risk when they fail to deliver the content the way audience expect. if you could see the Jumpcuts short films I get a small light of hope, that this might work ☺️.

    1. Yes Cheryl. While there are a few English movies with all male cast, I don’t think we have a mainstream movie in Hindi with only male actors. Am not sure if the audiences here will like it 🙂. Hence I felt it was a huge gamble taken!
