In response to V. J’s weekly challenge Threes. “Sum up a story in 3 words or three lines of three words”

I have written a pair of threes, highlighting how spoken words in a relationship can make or mar them.

Journey of Love!

sergey mikheev

Fragile seeds of relationship sown

boundless patience thaws frozen apprehensions

warm sunshine embraces the insecurities

roots sink in strong

sprouts, sprigs of kindred spirit.

Romance matures to deep love

tender buds blossoms

each petal, pregnant with emotion, unfurls,

emanates affectionate scents

colors of spring fill the canvas of life.

The tree of togetherness begets sweet fruits

strong boughs branch out

palms fold in a prayer,

soul satiates in gratefulness

heart drinks in the elixir of true bliss!

Day 23 – Sibling love!

With a few more days of this beautiful valentine special series to go, I do hope you continue to shower your love and support  till the very end.

One of the most enduring relationship is the one shared by siblings.  During childhood there is a love hate kinship between them. There is a fair amount of arguments, at times they drive you insane, play pranks on one another yet with time, this bond transforms into one of sharing, caring, love and respect for each other.

Unbreakable bond

secured with love, laughter, pranks

a timeless treasure!

Some interesting quotes I came across on siblings:

“Children of the same parents, each of whom is normal, until they get together!”

“The only enemy that you can’t live without”. ( Was reminded of Tom and Jerry, who fight like crazy, yet can’t live without each other) 😉

Take a nostalgic trip back in time with your siblings and share anecdotes , pranks and incidents that you recall today, with lot of fondness.

Day 3 – Possessive love!

Continuing the Valentine Special series, each day of the month, I will highlight a different facet of love in the form of a haiku. Hope you stay with me throughout this journey with all your support and love.

Possessiveness in a relationship is the strong need to hold on to the person only for himself or herself.  Stemming from jealousy, selfishness and insecurity, a possessive person does not allow any kind of freedom to his/her partner in the relationship. This leads to constant distrust, threat and suffocation finally ends with break up or destruction in some cases.
