The Maverick Soul!

Mammoth gates of undressed stones

greet me, with a tale of the bygone eras.

The misty mountains from beyond beckon

into the realms of the unknown.

I dwell in the today, trying to fathom

the fascinating allure of the eclectic verses,

penned by the medieval past and the mystic future.

They invite me on a path of unravelling

as my maverick soul, is on a quest

to taste the alchemy of life.
