I can talk about these but the thread is not long enough. I have to ask if you’ve been to some of those places tho. Maybe I can see them through your eyes

Yes Jude. They were all clicked when we visited those places. For any photo challenge, I always put pics from my collection only.

Yes: “the stories buried”. There’s so much that gets lost to time. So much we forget. So much we destroy, and even what we have we may become uncertain to the truth of it. You always pack a punch in short pieces.

Thanks a ton Benjamin. These monuments have withstood the vagaries of time for centuries. Just trying to imagine all the stories they hold within their walls gives me goosebumps!

Beautiful shares of yours, Radhika, thank you so much. I have been to all of those amazing places, being European. Udaipur is on of my favorite places in India, I visited a few years ago. If I am not too nosy, may I ask where you live in India?

You seem to be an avid traveler Cornelia. That’s wonderful. I live in Hyderabad. Have you been here?

Thank you Radhika, yes I am a traveler, at least I used to be. I have not been in Hyderabad, mostly I travelled in places in Rajasthan, Ahemadabad and Haridwar, as a solo traveler. Thank you for your response.

Radhika, thank you, I have posted quite a lot, like over the last three or four years ago, it’s probably time consuming for your to scroll back in my blog. Enjoy your Sunday.

Lovey pictures and the words complementing, R! The stories buried is so haunting – every time I visit one such monument, I cannot but help wonder about the times these edifices must have seen and the secrets they hold, which watered down versions we only read about and draw conjectures.
