Feeling frustrated and stifled, Aman finally managed to escape the sanatorium.
With nowhere to go, he just walked where his feet decided to take him. He stopped at the puddle of water on the road, to see a stranger looking back at him.
The accident had robbed him of his memory, identity and life!
In response to the daily prompt : Broken
That sunny noon
I heard myself croon
Cycling along the path
after a long bath
Friends and I fret
arguing over a bet
Agreeing to treat
the one who beats
To some ice cream
by the stream
Thus began the race
I tried to keep pace
The road had a bend
as I began to descend
Not wanting to lose out
I furiously pedalled about
Crash! bang! echoed the sound
as I landed on the mound!
Bruised legs, a broken arm
sending all into an alarm
All for some ice cream
by the stream!! 😦
